Zolan was great to work with on my new purchase. They were extremely busy and only had two finance people working because of vacation and family emergencies so there was a prolonged wait finalizing everything. Would’ve been a 5 star rating if not for the last phase. Thanks again Zolan.

We had an excellent experience and Spencer was a fantastic sales rep who was very knowledgeable and helpful thru the entire process including post sale assistance. We visited the dealership in April and met with Spencer who helped identify the Pallasade models that had the features we wanted. We explained that we were just starting our search and he was the first salesperson we have spoken with. We visited another dealer who disregarded the fact we were intending to buy a new vehicle and baited on pushing a slightly used car they had instead. We left and were continuously contacted by text and phone from the sales person. We visited another dealer in Birmingham that claimed to have the exact car we wanted culling color on the lot. Before we drove to see it we called to verify it was there they stated it was .we got there and it took close to 30 minutes for them to admit they did not in fact have the car . After finishing or research we retuned to Montgomery Hyundai and Spencer and told him what we were looking for. We lived the matte finish until Spencer told us it had to be hand washed. He did not have the exact model but said he could get on in a couple of days. In two days he had exactly what we wanted. He was very helpful during the sale and after when we were setting up the software . He sold us what we wanted vs the other dealer and was very knowledgeable about the car. Thanks btw we absolutely love the Palisade Calligraphy Hybrud .

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. We took our family to Hyundai of Montgomery and were treated extremely well. We were looking for a specific exterior and interior color Palisade. I had 7 days to find a car when online found the car I wanted and went into this dealership. I was unsure about buying car here in Alabama and I really wanted to go home to Atlanta to get one but State farm left me with no choice. Spencer was the person I worked with he was great . The thing I hate about shopping for a car is they pass you around the different people and you spend all day at the dealership. The process took me maybe two and a half hours, I dealt with Spencer and the representative who did the financing I can't remember his name. But both of them were great. There was no pressure and they valued my time. There were no added fees on the application and Spencer answered all the questions, even after hours . If I had to buy another car I would definitely ask to speak to Spencer. I think the thing people hate about buying a car is it doesn't feel like they value your time or respect you as a person I can't speak for other representatives there but I can definitely tell you Spencer and the finance representative does both. I have bought several cars this was the best car buying experience out of all of them. Thank you

From the time I started looking at cars online until the day I drove it home, the car buying process was fantastic. Before I physically went to showroom the management team contacted me to see if I had any questions and how they could assist me. They were prompt in answering my questions. The minute I stepped into the showroom, we were greeted and asked how they could help. They were very professional, friendly, polite and kept me informed of the process. I highly recommend this dealership. A fantastic experience.

Fred and Jamal were amazing! Fred took the time to show us multiple Palisades and was professional and personable. Jamal was very responsive and very customer oriented. When I picked up my new vehicle, it had a red bow on it waiting for me. If you get the Hybrid, it does get 34 MPG. It's been an amazing vehicle so far.

We have bought 2 Hyundais from this dealership. On our most recent purchase dealers Kameron and Jamal helped us find the perfect Hyundai Palisade that checked all the boxes on what we were looking for. I was shopping for this car online. While looking I realized that the car was located at a dealership in Montgomery, Alabama. I live in Georgia. I really thought that it woukd be a hassle to buy the vehicle in another state, but it wasn't. From the moment I spoke with Spencer, he pretty much took care of everything. He was not an aggressive salesmens. He was able to get be better terms than capital one. Spencer was a pleasure to work with. All the staff members that I came across were helpful. There was even a young lady who took time out of her schedule to show me two other vehicles , even though she knew that I was purchasing ine already. The entire process was great. It was the fastest experience that we had as well. Khaleel (finance department) was cool as well. He did a great job of being informative but not pushy. He explained things well and allowed us to make informed decisions. It was an Overall great experience.
