I was looking at pre-owned vehicles and found a couple online at the Montgomery Hyundai dealership. I chatted with someone online and wanted to test drive it and they got back to me right away. I was able to go within a few minutes and drive a car. Mr. Rudolph was very attentive and helpful. It was a beautiful 2025 Palisade and a fantastic deal! Great customer service.

We had an excellent experience and Spencer was a fantastic sales rep who was very knowledgeable and helpful thru the entire process including post sale assistance. From the time I started looking at cars online until the day I drove it home, the car buying process was fantastic. Before I physically went to showroom the management team contacted me to see if I had any questions and how they could assist me. They were prompt in answering my questions. The minute I stepped into the showroom, we were greeted and asked how they could help. They were very professional, friendly, polite and kept me informed of the process. Fred and Jamal were amazing! Fred took the time to show us multiple Palisades and was professional and personable. Jamal was very responsive and very customer oriented. When I picked up my new vehicle, it had a red bow on it waiting for me. If you get the Hybrid, it does get 34 MPG. It's been an amazing vehicle so far.

The dealership is wonderful but the sales person is a liar. I was supposed to get my vehicle today and didn't. I drove over a hour and a half, one way to get my truck and didn't. Now I got to go all the way back home and come all the way back to the dealership tomorrow. But let my payment be behind.
