My experience with Hyundai of Montgomery has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing vehicle purchases I have ever made.
I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade from Hyundai of Montgomery based on representations made during the sales process regarding ownership status, manufacturer benefits, and included vehicle equipment.
After the purchase, I discovered that Hyundai's records did not reflect my ownership status as represented at the time of sale. After making an appointment with Bailee to look at a Sonata, I arrived to find that it wasn't available. I was already on my way when she sent a text to inform me of that. Bailee introduced me to Jamie who searched several cars within my parameters which were also unavailable. Finally we walked the lot and found what I wanted although the car was more expensive. I appreciate Jamie 's seemingly tireless effort and congenial personality. The car is for my daughter. She is very happy with it.

When I picked up my new vehicle, it had a red bow on it waiting for me. If you get the Hybrid, it does get 34 MPG. It's been an amazing vehicle so far.
