The dealership is wonderful but the sales person is a liar. I was supposed to get my vehicle today and didn't. I drove over a hour and a half, one way to get my truck and didn't. Now I got to go all the way back home and come all the way back to the dealership tomorrow. But let my payment be behind.

My experience with Hyundai Montgomery was AMAZING!! Kameron was my salesperson, and she was the best! We vibed immediately. She was attentive and listened to our wants and needs. I was shopping for this car online. While looking I realized that the car was located at a dealership in Montgomery, Alabama. I live in Georgia. Spencer Kilcrease and Raul Altamira were very helpful, professional, and easy to work with. We did not have an appointment on a Saturday while the dealership was super busy. Spencer was working with TWO other clients so he asked Raul to assist. Raul took my husband for a test drive. Spencer made time to show me the Jeep earlier- inside and under the hood. Spencer washed and gassed up the car while Raul helped me complete my paperwork. They were a great team to work with. They were super nice about us having our spastic puppy with us, too.

Highly recommend buying a car from this dealership! Traded in my Elantra and bought a palisade. Britton sent all the paperwork to Nashville ahead of time and walked us through what we were signing over the phone. I made the drive down to Montgomery and Randy took me on a test drive and helped finish all the paperwork. The entire process was smooth and painless. Great, honest team. My wife and I went by the dealership after church on a Sunday. There was a salesman there working. So we were just looking so I asked if he worked there and gave me a card. So yesterday, I visited Hyundai Montgomery to buy a Elantra N and Mr. Son down there helped me from trading my old car all the way to financing so quickly. Even with my challenging credits and requested trading value being little high on them, he went above and beyond to get what I needed without myself having to ask him for it. If you just take sometime to look through the inventory beforehand and telling him what you want, he’d do anything to make something work as quickly as possible.

I came there because the other dealership sold the car I wanted. They found me something in the same range of payments and seating that I was looking for.
The people were excellent to work with, but the car is terrible. I had a tire blow within 40 miles of leaving the dealer. Multiple parts are missing. There are two different tires between the front and rear. The battery tested badly and is due for replacement. These are all items on the Hyundai CFO checklist that were missed by whoever certified the vehicle, and I am very concerned about the quality of the vehicle I have bought. I had to spend approximately $1000 out of pocket just to correct the tire blowout.

I just traded my 2022 Santa Cruz for a 2026, mainly because Hyundai will no longer make them after this model year. The experience was great, Michelle was very nice and helpful, they gave me a loaner car to use while locating the new one I wanted, and closing was about as quick and smooth as it can go. Cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about Hyundai Montgomery. Baylor Cannon greeted us as we arrived. We told him our interest in a 2026 SantaFe, as I had totaled my Kia in an accident. Greg and Red at Hyundai Montgomery Service Department were extremely professional and provided excellent, personable service. I brought my vehicle in for engine issues that were still under warranty, and both service analysts were attentive to my concerns from the start. Ultimately, the engine had to be replaced, and the turnaround time was only 8 days. I received daily updates by text or phone call, and my car was even ready before the promised date.
