The staff is very lackadaisical. No one greets you when you come in or even if they see you inside looking for someone or on the lot looking at cars, no one tries to come and help you. They are so busy texting on their phone said they won't even look up to see that you are standing there waiting for assistance.

Everyone was nice but I was asked how much I want for my trade in I was caught off guard thinking that was an odd thing to ask. My salesperson said she wouldn’t tell the evaluator but she walked right over and told them. It was my fault for giving a low end number but I feel that was unprofessional and they turned around and sold the car for twice the amount they gave me.
